Punggol Coast Station, designed entirely by LTA's in-house team, exemplifies LTA's commitment to inclusive public transport where infrastructure thoughtfully considers user experience while seamlessly integrating accessibility with broader social needs. The station features community-centric design with seamless connectivity to Punggol Digital District, intuitive wayfinding, enhanced accessibility features, and comprehensive signage systems that make public transport accessible and user-friendly for all passengers regardless of their physical abilities or limitations.
International Association of Public Transport Awards 2025 – Special Recognition Award: Reasons to Move Lite

UITP, the International Association of Public Transport, champions sustainable urban mobility and addresses mobility topics in international contexts. The UITP Awards represent the most prestigious recognition of excellence in public transport, showcasing innovative, impactful, and sustainable mobility projects worldwide across nine categories while celebrating exceptional local community impact. LTA's "Reasons to Move Lite" campaign won the Special Recognition Award at UITP Awards 2025. Move Lite encourages walking, cycling and public transport use, demonstrating how small mobility changes create meaningful connections, cost savings, and positive environmental impact through sustainable transportation choices.
The Institution of Engineers – Singapore Prestigious Engineering Achievement Awards

The Prestigious Engineering Achievement Awards recognise outstanding engineering accomplishments by organisations or individuals responsible for exceptional projects in Singapore. These awards honour engineering achievements that demonstrate superior skills whilst making significant contributions to engineering progress and quality of life in Singapore.

The Singapore Opportunity Index (SOI) is a comprehensive, data-driven measure evaluating how employers support meaningful career growth and improve economic outcomes for employees. It provides employers and jobseekers with transparent insights into career development, inclusiveness, and competitiveness within Singapore's labour market. The SOI analyses objective government data across five dimensions using comprehensive datasets from one million Singapore residents working in about 1,500 organisations, measuring real outcomes including hiring, pay progression, promotion, and retention. LTA received the Career Anchor Badge for creating workplaces where employees choose to stay, grow, and build lasting careers. This milestone demonstrates ongoing commitment to creating meaningful career pathways and fostering inclusive growth.
Elevate Initiative Award for LTA Finance Transformation

The Elevate Awards recognise teams and individuals who exemplify innovation, collaboration, and sustained improvement in transforming Finance and Internal Audit functions across government. The Elevate Initiative Award assesses projects on their ability to introduce new technologies, deliver measurable performance outcomes, and embed lasting changes across agencies, with collaboration between teams being a key judging factor. The Elevate Individual Award judges nominees on their contributions to knowledge sharing, advocacy for technology adoption, and leadership in driving impactful initiatives. The blockchain-based solution represents a significant advancement in payment tracking and management, showcasing successful public-private partnership innovation. This prestigious international recognition highlights LTA's leadership in adopting transformative technologies that improve transparency, efficiency, and security in financial operations, setting new standards for payment solutions in the construction industry globally.

The Municipal Services Awards recognise and celebrate the OneService culture whilst encouraging inter-agency collaboration and partnership with the community in municipal service delivery. These awards highlight the importance of coordinated efforts between government agencies and community stakeholders to enhance the quality of municipal services provided to residents. By fostering a culture of collaboration and shared responsibility, the awards promote innovative approaches to service delivery that benefit the entire community. The recognition serves to motivate continued excellence in municipal service provision, emphasising the value of working together across organisational boundaries to achieve common goals and improve the overall quality of life for Singapore residents.
Public Sector Transformation (PST) Awards 2025 – Dare to Do Award: LTA Tunnels @ Changi - Trials & Triumphs (TEC)

The PST Dare to Do Award recognises individuals or teams with strong "daring to do" culture who experiment despite difficulties and setbacks, taking measured risks without precedence and persevering to consolidate gains. LTA's T316 project won for constructing 2.0km twin tunnels beneath Changi Airport's critical infrastructure under complex conditions. Despite initial scepticism and setbacks including ground movements threatening airport operations, the team persevered through trials and refinement. Key innovations included tungsten carbide insert cutters, specialised PVD cutters, free-air cutterhead interventions, advanced monitoring systems, and micro-tremor surveys for non-disruptive soil mapping.
Public Sector Transformation (PST) Awards 2025 – Exemplary Leader Award: Ng Kee Nam

The PST Exemplary Leader Award recognises Senior Directors, Directors and Middle Managers who lead teams to transform service delivery while driving innovation and change. Winner Ng Kee Nam, Senior Group Director of Thomson-East Coast Line, delivered seven major MRT projects over 40 years, mentoring current rail construction leaders. Recognising early MRT phases relied on expatriate management, he initiated leadership transformation through talent selection and knowledge transfer. By Downtown Line 2 (2009), he led an all-local team implementing innovative technologies including Building Information Modelling (BIM), digitalised record management, and sustainable construction practices to improve safety, reduce labour reliance, and boost productivity while lowering carbon emissions.
Community Chest Awards – Charity Platinum and Volunteer Partner Award 2025

The Community Chest presents Charity Awards to organisations making significant donations through outright contributions, event fundraising, or SGSHARE monthly giving programme. Four tiers exist: Platinum ($300,000+), Gold ($200,000-$299,999), Silver ($100,000-$199,999), and Bronze ($50,000-$99,999). The Volunteer Partner Award recognises exemplary corporates for regular volunteerism in service-based, skills-based, or event-based activities with demonstrated outcomes benefiting social service agencies and users. Nominees must volunteer with National Council of Social Service (NCSS) member charities, and the charity must support the corporate's nomination for this recognition.
